The Whole Earth and Watershed Festival is held at the City Hall and Sculpture Park in Redding, at 777 Cypress Avenue.

FREE SHUTTLE RIDES: 

RABA and the Whole Earth and Watershed Festival have partnered once again to provide a continuous free RABA Shuttle on Saturday April 21st from the Downtown  Transit Center (with lots of parking in the Downtown Mall AND off Oregon Street) to Redding City Hall.

The Shuttle will run every 15 to 20 minutes. The buses are clean, efficient, and fun to ride AND they have bike racks!

Shasta Wheelmen-2Shasta Wheelmen Bike Club is featuring a FREE guarded bike corral at the Festival from 11am to 5pm. You won’t have to worry about the safety of your bike when you check it in at the guarded Bike Corral located in the front fountain circle. Biking allows you to enjoy the outdoors and is a great way to start off your day. We encourage you to escape the traffic and parking issues while decreasing your carbon footprint by biking to the festival this year!

 

Specific Driving Directions:

From South of Redding : Travel north on I-5 towards Redding, California to the Cypress Ave. exit. Turn left (west) onto Cypress Ave and proceed west on Cypress approximately 2 miles. The main entrance to the Redding City Hall and Sculpture Park can be accessed by:

  • Turn left into the City Hall area at Civic Drive.  This will be a ONE-WAY entrance and it will take you to the parking at the back of City Hall and to other options off Grape Street (west side). The area around the fountain will be pedestrian ONLY throughout the day.

From North of Redding : Travel south on I-5 towards Redding, California to the Cypress Ave. exit. Turn right (west) onto Cypress Ave and proceed west on Cypress approximately 2 miles. The main entrance to the Redding City Hall and Sculpture Park can be accessed either by:

  • Turn left into the City Hall area at Civic Drive.  This will be a ONE-WAY entrance and it will take you to the parking at the back of City Hall and to other options off Grape Street (west side). The area around the fountain will be pedestrian ONLY throughout the day.
  • Festival organizers encourage utilizing the free RABA shuttle from the downtown Transit station where there is lots of parking OR riding your bikes!
  • From Market St.  heading EAST on Cypress:  You will turn right at Civic Dr. into the main entrance to City Hall.  This will be a ONE-WAY entrance and it will take you to the parking at the back of City Hall and to other options off Grape Street (west side). The area around the fountain will be pedestrian ONLY throughout the day.
