We invite you to become a 2017 Whole Earth and Watershed Festival exhibitor. Participating at this event can help you grow your audience, expand your business, meet other like-minded individuals, and share your passion with people from all of the north state. The 2016 Festival had over 5,000 attendees and 130 exhibitors, and we are expecting an even better turnout in 2017.
Exhibitors: 2017 Exhibitor Instructions
We will have an EXHIBITOR MEETING on Thursday April 13th at 4pm in the Community Room at City Hall. Lots of important information about Exhibitor Check-In/Set-Up/Tear Down, Festival day information, parking, as well as posters and maps will be discussed and handed out. We especially encourage first time Exhibitors to attend! All information will be emailed to EVERYONE by Monday April 17th.

Deadline to Submit Application: Deadline for applications is April 8, 2017. A late fee of $35.00 will be charged for applications received after April 8th. No applications will be accepted after April 14th.
SELLER’S PERMIT: If your booth is selling any tangible goods, a seller’s permit is required. If you already have one please SEND US THE PERMIT NUMBER. If you do not already have one, please click on the button below to fill out the free TEMPORARY permit and send us the number. Be sure to mark “Sublocation” 777 E.
