2018 Exhibitor Information

Last year, we had an amazing array of 163 Exhibitors who represented healthy living, healthy communities, and a healthy planet. We are looking forward to seeing our Exhibitors back in 2018, and welcoming even more for this year’s Festival.

The purpose of the Whole Earth and Watershed Festival, now in its 12th year, is to celebrate Earth Day (April 22), and to serve as a place for diverse organizations with a variety of perspectives to engage in positive and constructive dialogue as we work together for the health and liveablity of the North State region and our planet.

Fees are Non-Refundable. Please send your check in separately from this form. The application will not be considered complete until we receive your payment. Please make checks out to "Whole Earth and Watershed Festival," with "2018 Booth Fee" in the memo. If your booth is selling any tangible goods, a seller’s permit is required:

SELLER’S PERMIT:  If you already have one please SEND US THE PERMIT NUMBER and be sure to ADD the event/site (777 Cypress Ave.) to your current permit.  If you do not already have one, please click on the button below to fill out the free TEMPORARY permit and send us the number. Be sure to mark “Sublocation”  777 E. Cypress Ave. and not your home address!  You must have this displayed at the Festival. Questions? Call Sharyon at B.O.E 224-4731.
